The Role
As a key member of our Care team, you are the architect of our agents’ competence. You don’t just schedule training: you own the end-to-end learning approach that keeps our Care crew sharp and adaptable. You translate complex product updates and operational shifts into actionable skills, based on your educational knowledge and ensuring our people aren’t just informed, but fully equipped to solve a viking’s problem. Your goal is to move beyond passive learning, building a flexible learning hub where knowledge flows seamlessly from onboarding to daily mastery.

Great. So, your main responsibilities would be to…
- Own the learning catalog: Design and maintain a diverse training portfolio, from
onboarding to upskilling, selecting the most effective learning format for each need. - Build modular training: Shift from long, rigid sessions to smart, bite-sized modules.
This ensures our training is easy to update and can be rolled out quickly whenever the
business changes. - Bridge knowledge & skills: Partner with the knowledge owners to ensure training is always synced with our central knowledge base
- Govern the skills matrix: Build and evolve the care skills matrix, defining clear
development paths and certification standards for the entire organization. - Enable change: Act as the catalyst for new tools and processes, ensuring the crew
adopts new ways of working through targeted change enablement. - Drive the feedback loop: Connect the care floor with knowledge management to turn their insights into training improvements.
- Measure impact: Track and report on how learning initiatives move the needle on QM,
CSAT, and operational efficiency. - Collaborate across the team: Work closely with internal and external crew guides,
trainers to identify performance gaps and prioritize high-impact learning solutions.

Who has a proven track record in Learning & Development, ideally within a Customer Care or service environment.
- Who has a strong didactical background, supported by relevant education or
certifications in Learning & Development, training, education. - Who has a deep understanding of modern learning methodologies and
hands-on experience with skill matrices, competency frameworks, and
LMS/LXP platforms. - Who is an AI enthusiast, eager to explore how automated tools can boost
knowledge, performance, and training efficiency. - Who is an engaging facilitator who enjoys leading workshops and training
sessions when a hands-on approach is required. - Who has a natural affinity for change enablement, helping people adopt new
tools, processes, and mindsets with ease. - Who is proficient in both Dutch and French.
