Interim - Retention & loyalty Marketing Specialist

The Role

Are you a data-driven marketer with a flair for loyalty programs and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences? At Mobile Vikings, we’re looking for an Interim Retention Marketing Specialist to help us strengthen our relationship with our customers and take our loyalty programs to the next level.

Your main responsibilities would be

Elevate Loyalty Programs: Collaborate with our product team to enhance the Viking Deals program through automated, personalized communication flows.
Shape Viking Clan: Future-proof our loyalty program with bold, creative campaigns that embody our unique “hoekske-af” approach.
Analyze & Optimize: Partner with the insights team to measure the impact of our loyalty strategies and use data-driven experiments to drive continuous improvement.
Enhance Customer Journeys: Identify key touchpoints to deliver personalized, unforgettable experiences that turn customers into proud Vikings.

Because you’re the one

Are a creative, hands-on marketer who brings structure to campaigns.
Have 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or marketing automation, ideally with tools like HubSpot.
Can operate on both tactical and conceptual levels.
