The role

Being our billing, dunning and fraud specialist at Mobile Vikings includes:

Being responsible for analyzing potential issues wrt these processes and propose solutions
Using your in depth knowledge of these processes to find ways of
improvement/optimization together with the involved stakeholders (internal + external),
with an ultimate goal to smoothen the flows for our Vikings while keeping our bad debt at
lowest level possible and assuring our revenues.
Taking the lead in defining and following-up of billing, dunning and fraud related projects
Being responsible for assessing the impact of company-wide projects on all finance and
fraud related processes

Great. So, your main responsibilities would be…

To take up hands-on and pragmatic ownership of the billing, dunning and fraud processes
To monitor these processes end-to-end, flag potential issues/risks and come up with
solutions.
To make recommendations and to define requirements regarding opportunities and
innovations
To be the project lead of finance and fraud driven projects

Who has a bachelor or master degree or equivalent work experience for at least a few
years.
Who has a passion for billing, dunning and fraud processes
Who has demonstrable experience in project management
Who has a hands-on and pragmatic way of working
Who is accurate, analytical and critical
Who loves working in teams, has great communication skills but can work autonomously as well
Who stands for efficiency, flexibility and autonomy
Who has a flexible mind that can take up several roles and is eager to take new
responsibilities
Who is fully proficient in Dutch and English
Who, after reading all this, says “This is it!”
