Eager to join our Care team?
Are you a pro at juggling schedules and optimizing processes? Great, because we’re looking for a Workforce Management Expert to manage and optimize our customer service workforce management processes, to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with service level agreements. You’ll lead a trafficker responsible for managing intraday and short-term planning and adherence to it. If you’re a strategic thinker ànd doer with a solid background in forecasting, capacity planning and real-time management, then this role looks like it was made for you!
Your main responsibilities are
- Maximizing Efficiency: Keep our operations efficient and in line with our SLAs while making sure our team is thriving
- Forecasting & Capacity Planning: Predict future volumes and make sure we’ve got the right people in the right places at the right times in alignment with our business goals.
- Scheduling Magic: develop and manage long-term smart schedules and create real-time strategies your trafficker can use to maintain optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
- Data Diving: Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, reduce waste, and optimize overall operations.
- Partner Management: Collaborate closely with our external partners to maintain capacity, meet SLAs, and ensure alignment on staffing and operational strategies.

- You have proven experience in workforce management, with a focus on efficiency optimization and SLA adherence.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting, capacity planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- You have excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a commitment to the team’s well-being.
- You have a hands-on and pragmatic way of working
