Product & Design Lead

• Leading a team of product marketeers/project managers & UX specialists (8 people in total).
• Actively manage the roadmaps for Mobile Vikings’ Mobile & Broadband products, Viking Deals , and customer-facing touchpoints & processes.
• You’ll formulate new product propositions, and look for optimizations of existing products and customer experiences based on data-driven analysis. 
• You’ll leverage your (telco) experience and innovation mindset to come up with new ways to disrupt the market and drive customer experience.

• Having a thorough understanding of the P&L of your products and assuring their financial health by managing both the commercial revenue and cost drivers.
• Identifying and implementing relevant product innovations and improvements based on market insights and analysis of the competitive telco landscape.
• Managing the Agile product development roadmap through efficient portfolio management.
• Guaranteeing the best product & customer experience and driving customer retention.
• Aligning departments and external partners with our strong company mission and values. 
• Interacting with key external partners that are critical to support the products you’re managing.

• Who has good business acumen combined with sound financial skills.
• Who is analytical and can help provide structure & prioritisation.
• Who has a feel for the technology/telco business and a passion for building the best possible products.
• Who has strong leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams, supporting team members to get the best out of themselves and keeping everyone motivated.
• Who would like to work in a highly dynamic, young at heart and fun scale-up culture.
• Who loves to work in teams, has great communication skills but can work autonomously as well.
• Who is a hands-on, entrepreneurial product lead with strong strategic insights.
• Who’s fully proficient in Dutch and English.
• Who thinks and works on a Master’s degree level and has a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Who, after reading all this, says “This is it!”
