Being our Process expert at Mobile Vikings includes:

• Taking ownership of the end-to-end billing, dunning, and fraud management processes.
• Continuously monitoring these flows to spot inefficiencies, risks, or pain points – and acting quickly to resolve them.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and propose practical improvements.
• Driving projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing billing and fraud processes, reducing bad debt, and improving cash flow without compromising customer satisfaction.
• Assessing the impact of broader company projects on billing and fraud processes, and ensuring the right adjustments are made.

Great. So, your main responsibilites would be…

• Acting as the go-to expert and process owner for all things billing, dunning and fraud.
• Tracking process performance and taking action when things don’t run as expected.
• Identifying opportunities for process automation, simplification, or innovation.
• Leading cross-functional projects that touch on finance, operations, customer support, and technology.

• Who has a bachelor or master degree or equivalent work experience for at least a few years.
• Who has a passion for process management.
• Who has demonstrable experience in project management.
• Who has a hands-on and pragmatic way of working.
• Who is accurate, analytical and critical.
• Who loves working in teams, has great communication skills but can work autonomously as well.
• Who stands for efficiency, flexibility and autonomy.
• Who has a flexible mind that can take up several roles and is eager to take new responsibilities.
• Who is fully proficient in Dutch and English.
• Who, after reading all this, says “This is it!”
